How do I place an order?
You can order our products from this site by clicking ‘Baklavas’ or 'Cakes'. Select your box and choose which flavours you would like in your box. Follow through to the checkout. Enter your address and the available shipping options will be presented. Or select 'click & collect' to visit the shop. Once your order is accepted and the online payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It contains your order number.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery fee ranges from £4.50 to £9.50 depending on your location within Birmingham. We have divided the city into three delivery zones to determine the exact cost. For more detailed information on our delivery zones, pricing, and pickup options, please visit our shipping/pickup page.
Can I get my order earlier?
We understand that you might be eager to enjoy our delicious baklava. While we require a minimum of 3 days' notice for all orders to ensure the highest quality and freshness, we occasionally have availability for earlier pickups or deliveries.
To check if we can accommodate your request, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We'll do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Do you deliver to me?
We currently deliver within a 13km radius of our store. If you live just outside this area, please don't hesitate to contact us as we may be able to accommodate your order. We're always happy to help!
Do I need to be there to accept delivery?
While we prefer someone to be present to receive your order, we understand that this isn't always possible. We can leave your order in a safe place if you provide clear instructions. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery and contact details to avoid any issues. It's important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for any orders that are lost or stolen due to incorrect information or absence at the time of delivery.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
